How to take care of your nails?

With the pure purpose of spreading knowledge about our health, I am here back with the care tips of the very sensitive part of our body and that is none other than our nails.

Health defines and maintains the complete harmony of our body. From the hairs on the head to the nails of the toe, each part of the human body is very much sensitive.

Nails are the outer rigid cover on fingers that protects the internal thin skin layer. The potential of nails depends on the body of the human. The texture of nails can be varied as soft, weak, rigid person-to-person. The nails are the mirror of your health. It shows the percentiles of your surety about the health. Some nail changes are natural, but if the color, the texture, and the growth of the nails get different or look bizarre, then the thing needs to be a worry.

Due to deficiency of calcium and some other minerals in the human body, the texture of the nails can be changed. It indicates, that we must remove that deficiency after certain age or interval of time.

Let's see, other than medications, how can we protect our finger’s security guards with some basic preventions.

nail cuticle care must be followed to boost internal confidence and grow your persona. For that. following are the guidelines-

  1. DO not polish your nails frequently.
  2. Use nude colors instead of dark sheds.
  3. DO not use a pocket knife to cut your long nails.
  4. Avoid contact with extremely cold water.
  5. Be gentle while cutting or shaping the nails.
  6. Be patient with your nail growth.
  7. DO not apply nail polish remover so frequently as it may damage your original texture of nails.
  8. Instead of using filer to remove the dirt from nails, you can use a nail brush.
  9. Think once before using any beauty product for your hands.
  10. If you are growing your nails, then please look after that the dirt must not settle down in it.

In India, we have to look after our external looks just with the time when seasons get change. every after 3 or 4 months, the seasonal changes may be reflected on our body. In Summer, Winter, Spring, or Rain, we need to moisturize our skin properly.

Secure your nails Season wise

  1. Firstly, we the women, need to take care in the season of winter especially when we should take care of our skin by keeping it moisturized.

2. In summer, we need to keep our bodies hydrated by drinking enough water so that our skin and the protected cells must not become dry.

3. In the rainy season, we need to take care of the over moisturized bodies which have to be clean and dried on time.

4. In all these seasons, the temperature of the human body is different and so, we need to listen to the internal indications of our body.

5. Lastly, many women often chew their nails which is a very bad habit, and of course, it hurts the nails too.

After these guidelines, I would like to conclude the topic with the current and recent situation where most of the public is facing the disaster of COVID-19. Most people are having some health issues just because of the side effects of the medications given on COVID as a treatment. The treatment includes bombardment of multivitamins and antibiotics. Due to this, many people have been observed that their color of nails gets changed during the treatment. So, while taking any medications, please take an advice of a concerned person or an expert like a dermtologist.

Eating habits may also be the cause of the failure of some internal functions of the body. SO eat healthy, live healthy.
